Willoughby, Ohio 44094 to hear the following appeal: • The appeal of Craig and Kathleen Campbell for NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE of C.O. 1131.11 (i) (3) to install 6’ tall dog eared (solid) wood fencing without the required 25% vertical opening in the rear yard at 38699 Wood Rd. located in a R-80 zoned district. • The appeal of Ryan Homes for NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE of C.O. 1131.06 for a 1’ corner side yard setback of the required 27’ for a new home being constructed at P.P.#27B-53H-45 AKA 1603 Arbor Dr. located in a Residential Multi-Family Low-Rise zoned district.
