News-Herald, PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the City of Willoughby Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in Willoughby Municipal Hall at One Public Sq. Willoughby, Ohio 44094 to hear the following appeal: • The appeal of Gene Mulligan of Winter Equipment for NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE of C.O. 1145.02(c) for a proposed shed for a vacant lot adjacent to 1900 Joseph Lloyd Pkwy located in a limited Industrial zoned district which is not permitted unless located on the same lot as the principal building or principle use even though the vacant lot is under the same ownership. Persons affected may appear at said hearing and may speak for or against the proposal either in person or by attorney.
