Willoughby, Ohio 44094 to hear the following appeal: The appeal of Anthony Slyman, agent for On The Greens Development LLC, owners of P.P. #27B-52-1 and P.P. #27B-52-13 located at the corner of Lost Nation Rd. and Hodgson Rd. in a Residential Multi- Family Low-Rise zoning district for NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE of C.O. 1135.03 for farming on the referenced property, which is an agriculture use and which is not a permitted use, conditional or accessory use in this zoning district.
