No. 2 in said Survey. Thence along the Northwesterly line of said Lot No. 2 S. 64 deg. 07’ W., 225.14 feet to an iron pipe stake at the Southeast corner of land sold to James M. and Hattie Beales. Thence along the Northeasterly line of said Beales land N. 24 deg. 23’ 30” W., 39 feet to an iron pipe stake, said stake being S. 24 deg. 13’ 30” E., 60.37 feet from an iron pipe stake at the Northeast corner of land as sold to said Beales and in the Southeasterly line of Canfield Drive. Thence N. 64 deg. 07’ E., 125.12 feet to an iron pipe stake in the Southwesterly line of St. Clair Street, said stake being S. 24 deg. 15’ 30” E,, 60.23 feet from an iron pipe stake in the Southwest corner of Canfield Drive and St Clair Street. Thence along the Southwesterly line of St. Clair Street S. 24 deg. 15’ 30” E., 39 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Consisting of house and lot(s) Said Premises located at 345 North St. Clair Street, Painesville, Ohio 44077 PPN 15-D-010-0-00-003-0. Said Premises Appraised at $30,000.00 Thirty Thousand and 00/100 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount. TERMS OF SALE: CASH.
