News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING The Painesville Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at 6:30 p.m., at 55 Nye Road, Painesville Township Hall, on the following: #15-BZA-01 Barry Nadler filed an application for a Conditional Use Permit for detailing services for boats, cars and trucks including indoor storage of such vehicles on property located at 1630 West Jackson, Permanent Parcel No. 1 l-A-016-F-00-001-0, owned by Viviani FLP. Sections 12.02(T)and 12.05(T) require that a Conditional Use Permit be obtained prior to the commencement of the use on the subject property.
