News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE – PUBLIC HEARING The Painesville Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a continued public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at 55 Nye Road, Painesville Township Hall, on the following: #14-BZA-24 Paramount Construction filed an application for zoning appeal because of denial of Zoning Application #20140161 to allow construction of a 1,472 sq ft frame addition to an existing 1,112 sq ft accessory building which will result in accessory building total square footage of 2,584 sq ft on property located at 200 Orton Road, in violation of the calculation provided in Section 14.02(C)(4) which imposes a maximum total square footage for accessory building(s) on this parcel of 1,757 sq ft. The Painesville Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at 55 Nye Road, Painesville Township Hall, on the following: #14-BZA-28 P.M. Koepf Inc. filed an application requesting permission to expand 1) the ground area of a non-conforming use by 85% in violation of Section 7.04 which limits such expansion to 10%, and 2) the main floor area of a building devoted to a non-conforming use by 44% in violation of Section 7.05 which limits such expansion to 10% on property located at 1991 Mentor Avenue., owned by Adventure Subaru, LLC. The expansion of ground area is linked to parcel 11A0140000120 and the building proposed for expansion is currently on parcel 11A0140000150. The stated intention of the applicant is to consolidate the newly acquired parcel onto the existing parcel. #14-BZA-29 P.M. Koepf Inc. filed an application requesting the allowance of a minimum buffer of 14.86 feet along the westerly sideline which abuts a residential district in violation of both Section 22.08(A) which requires a 50 foot buffer strip landscaped to provide a year-round vertical green combination of grass, shrubs and trees between the B-1 district and said residential district, and Section 22.06(B) which prohibits the storage of materials or equipment or parking of motor vehicles within 50 feet of any residential lot or lots on property located at 1991 Mentor Avenue, Permanent Parcel No. 11A0140000150, owned by Adventure Subaru LLC. #14-BZA-30 Max Klyn filed an application for zoning appeal to allow overnight parking/storage of a commercial truck equipped with an aerial lift bucket and also tree/branch shredding equipment on residential property located at 124 Birch Road, Permanent Parcel Nos. 11B034D000140 and 11B034D000150, owned by Max Klyn, in violation of Sections 14.02(A) & (B), Section 14.05, and Section 14.07. #14-BZA-31 Triban Investment LLC filed an application for zoning appeal to allow multiple family dwelling buildings containing eight dwelling units per building on property located on Bacon Road, Permanent Parcel No. 11B0360000120, owned by Triban Investment LLC, in violation of Section 17.08(E) which requires that each multiple family dwelling building shall contain no less than two nor more than six dwelling units or apartments.
