Gienger, as recorded in Vol. 354, Page 436, of Lake County Deed Records; Thence along the North line of lands of said Gienger, South 85 degrees and 28 minutes West, a distance of 100.58 feet; Thence by a line which bears North 41 degrees, and 10 minutes East, a distance of 1570.39 feet to the center of the Concord-Hambden Road, Thence along the center of said road, South 48 degrees and 50 minutes East, a distance of 70.245 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.474 acres of land, as calculated and described by H.B.
