Prince as described in Volume 577, Page 134 of Lake County Records; Thence South a distance of 73.20 feet to the principal place of beginning; Course 1; Thence along said centerline South a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; Course 2: Thence North 89 deg. 58’ 00” West (passing through an iron pin set at 30.00 feet) a distance of 301.06 feet to an iron pin set; Course 3: Thence North 0 deg. 22’ 00” East a distance of 50.00 feet to an iron pin found; Course 4: Thence South 89 deg. 58’ 00” East (passing through an iron pipe found at 270.74 feet) a distance of 300.74 feet to a point and the principal place of beginning and containing 0.3460 acres as surveyed and described in May, 1990 by Thomas Coffman, Ohio Registered Surveyor No. 6857, be the same more or less.
