News-Herald, NOTICE OF ELECTION IN EXCESS OF THE TEN-MILL LIMITATION FAIRPORT HARBOR EXEMPTED VILLAGE SCHOOL DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Resolution adopted by the Board of the Fairport Harbor Exempted Village School District, there shall be submitted to the voters of the School District at the General Election to be held November 4, 2014 at the regular places of voting in the District, the following question Shall a levy renewing an existing levy be imposed by the Fairport Harbor Exempted Village School District for the purpose of providing for the emergency requirements of the school district in the sum of $450,000 and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average 8.42 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 84.2 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of ten years, commencing in 2015, first due in calendar year 2016?
