News-Herald, NOTICE OF ELECTION IN EXCESS OF THE TEN-MILL LIMITATION EASTLAKE CITY Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Resolution 2014-026 and 2014-039 adopted by the Council of the City of Eastlake, there shall be submitted to the voters of the City of Eastlake at the General Election to be held November 4, 2014 at the regular places of voting in the City, the following question A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Eastlake City for the purpose of providing fire apparatus, capital improvements and equipment for the Fire Department at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 5 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2015, first due in calendar year 2016. The polls for such Election shall open at 6:30 a.m. and shall close at 7:30 p.m. By Order of the Lake County Board of Elections David A.
