News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners in and for Lake County at their office in the Lake County Administration Center, 105 Main Street, Painesville, Ohio 44077; up to the hour of 11:00 AM Local Time on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, and read publicly thereafter in the Commissioners’ Chambers at the above address, for the following improvement project: McMackin Road Resurfacing Project – 2015 Estimate of Cost: $950,000.00 to $1,050,000.00 Said improvements shall be in accordance with specifications and bid forms on file with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners. The Bid Package may be obtained upon receipt of payment of $ 40.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE), from the Office of James R. Gills, P.E., Lake County Engineer, 550 Blackbrook Road, Painesville, Ohio 44077, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Checks shall be made payable to the Lake County Engineer. The work covered by the plans and specifications includes: Excavation, pavement planing, engineering fabric, pavement resurfacing with bituminous concrete, and related work.
