News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE - PUBLIC HEARING CONCORD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Concord Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday February 12, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Concord Town Hall located at 7229 Ravenna Road, for the following request: Appeal # 0114-1035: Mr. Gregory Pernus requests a lot frontage variance of four (4) inches to allow a 49.67 foot wide strip of land for a proposed lot split at 11261 Prouty Rd (R-l District), in lieu of the 50 ft. minimum frontage required on the right-of-way sideline of a dedicated road, as set forth in Section 15.05A in the Concord Township Zoning Resolution.
