News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE The Painesville Township Zoning Commission will hold a continued public hearing on Monday, February 10, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. at 55 Nye Road, Painesville Township Hall, on the following: #13-ZC-06 RKAM Enterprises, Inc. filed an application lor Zoning Amendment for rezoning of property located at 1106 Richmond Road, Permanent Parcel Nos. 11-B-065-E-00-034-0 and 11-B -06B-E-00-030-0, owned by Kay Ball, from R-3 to R-l. The text of the proposed requests shall be available for examination commencing January 28, 2014, in the Painesville Township Office, 55 Nye Road, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays excepting holidays. At the public hearings, the Township Zoning Commission shall consider the recommendations of the Lake County Planning Commission. After conclusion of the hearing, the recommendations will be forwarded to the Painesville Township Trustees for action as provided by law.
