News-Herald, Notice Of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that Mentor City Council will hold a public hearing on the 4th day of February, 2014 at 7:00 P.M., at the Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Blvd, Mentor, Ohio to consider the rezoning of approximately 0.53 acres of land located at the southeast corner of Lakeshore Boulevard and Charmar Drive from B-1, Community Service District to R-4, Single Family Residential District, and known as permanent parcels 16-D-102-A-00-027-0 and 16-D-102-A-00-028-0.
