O’Laughlin as described in Instrument No. 960048914 of the Lake County Record of Deeds; Course II Thence along the southwesterly sideline of said O’Laughlin S. 28 degrees 24’ 38” E. (passing through an iron pin set at 30.80 feet and an iron pipe found at 245.10) a distance of 251.24 feet to a point in the approximate center of an existing ditch: Course III Thence along said centerline of an existing ditch S. 56 degrees 51’ 05” W. a distance of 173.00 feet to a point; Course IV Thence N. 28 degrees 24’ 38” W (passing through an iron pin set at 10.00 feet and an iron pin found at 211.01 feet) a distance of 241.30 feet toa point in the centerline of said South Ridge Road and the principal place of beginning and containing 0.9747 acres, as surveyed and described in November, 1999 by Thomas M.
