News-Herald, LEGAL Pursuant to Codified Ordinance Section 1109.05(d), notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Willoughby will hold a public Hearing for a conditional use permit on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the basement at Willoughby City Hall, One Public Sq. Willoughby, Ohio 44094. Pursuant to Codified Ordinance 1155.07(jj) the application of Kenneth Kemper, agent for OPRS, is to expand the existing conditional use permit with the addition of an overhead connector connecting building #2 to building #4 and the addition of 12 dwelling units to building #2 increasing the total number to 125 dwelling units of the allowable 159 dwelling units for four buildings for Grace Woods of P.P. #27A-2-2 Ridge Rd. located in a R-100 zoned district.
