News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE The Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Perry Township Administrative Offices, 3740 Center Road, on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to hear the following Appeal: MAILING ADDRESS - P.O. BOX 65, PERRY, OHIO 44081 Appeal 01-14: Filed by Sara LeMond, pertaining to property located at 3591 Laurel Drive, Permanent Parcel Number 03-A-055-A00-020-0. This property is located in a Residential (R) Zoning District. The applicant requests authorization from the Board of Zoning Appeals in regards to Section 301.03 Areas, Setback and Height Regulations. The applicant is requesting to construct and place an accessory building 15’ from the Main Building. The Zoning Resolution allows the minimum separation between main building and accessory building to be 20 feet. The applicant is seeking a distance variance of 5 feet or 25%.
