A. Nash by Deed dated March 26,1921 and recorded in Deed Volume 78, Page 100 of Lake County Records; thence Easterly on the Southerly line of said Nash and the Southerly line of land conveyed to Marion E. Forbes by Deed dated December 24, 1940, and recorded in Deed Volume 182, Page 373 of Lake County Records about 90 feet to the Westerly line of lands conveyed to Howard R. Stewart by Deed dated December 24, 1936, and recorded in Deed Volume 158, Page 163 of Lake County Records; thence Southerly on the West line of lands of said Stewart about 120 feet to the centerline of Maple Street; Thence Weston the centerline of Maple Street about 90 feet to the place of beginning containing about .248 acre of land, being the same premises conveyed by Stella E. Miller to Burrell H. Courtwright and Margaret B. Courtwright by Deed dated May 29, 1945 and being Lake County Recorder’s File No. 169,609 be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Consisting of house and lot(s). Said Premises located at 7915 Southern Street, Unionville, Ohio 44088 PPN#01-A-070-A-00-036-0 Said Premises appraised at $87,000.00 Eighty Seven Thousand and no/100 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount, TERMS OF SALE: CASH.
