News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE By Order of the Council of Richmond Heights, Ohio, the following Resolutions and Ordinances were recently passed: Ordinance No.: 6 -2013, (passed 1-22-13) An Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Richmond Heights, State of Ohio, during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013; to amend Ordinance No. 104-2012; and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No.: 7-2013, (passed 2-12-13) An Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Richmond Heights, State of Ohio, during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013; to amend Ordinance Nos. 104-2012 and 6-2013; and declaring an emergency. Resolution No.: 8-2013, (passed 2-12-13) A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into agreements with the Cuyahoga County District Board of Health to perform storm water inspection and monitoring activities within the city. Resolution No.: 9-2013, (passed 2-12-13) A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into Lease and Service Agreements for photocopy equipment. Resolution No.: 11-2013, (passed 2-12-13) A Resolution accepting the donation to the city of a parcel of land at 25101 CHARDON ROAD. Ordinance No.: 12-2013, (passed 2-26-13) An Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Richmond Heights, State of Ohio, during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013; to amend Ordinance No. 104-2012; and declaring an emergency. Resolution No.: 13-2013, (passed 2-26-13) A Resolution of appreciation and congratulations to Joyce Kandrach upon her retirement for her longstanding and dedicated service. Resolution No.: 14-2013, (passed 2-26-13) A Resolution of appreciation to Teri Drda for her longstanding and dedicated service to the city.
