News-Herald, NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER CONSENT DECREE Please be advised the Board of Township Trustees of Claridon Township, Geauga County, Ohio intend to meet and consider and take action on a Consent Decree by means of a Consent Judgment Entry in the case captioned Best Sand Corporation vs. Claridon Township Board of Trustees, Geauga County Ohio Court of Common Pleas Case No. 15M000608. The meeting at which the Board of Trustees will consider approving the Consent Judgment Entry is set for August 26, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. at the Claridon Township Hall located at 13932 Mayfield Road, Claridon, Ohio 44033. A copy of the proposed Consent Judgment Entry is available for review at the Township Fiscal Officer’s Office during normal business hours.
