The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information may be obtained via the internet at www.ctconsultants.com/bidinfo/index.html. The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the web site. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project.
