News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE STAINLESS STEEL SALT SPREADER Sealed bids will be received at The City of Willoughby Hills, Finance Department, 35405 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills, OH 44094 until 8 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2015, for a Stainless Steel Salt Spreader, 10’ long, 7’ wide with 36” high sides. Detailed specifications may be obtained from the City of Willoughby Hills or online at www.willoughbyhills-oh.gov. Each sealed bid shall be marked “Bid for Salt Spreader”. Bid opening is Monday, August 10, 2015, at noon at Willoughby Hills City Hall. The City of Willoughby Hills reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
