The Board will consider a variance request for an accessory structure for Todd Lyle at 708 Bell Road. 1. The application indicates the height is 20 feet. The maximum permitted height is 15 feet for accessory structures. A variance of 5 feet is needed to proceed. The Board will consider a variance request for an accessory structure at 991 Bell Road for Mike Mulloy. 1. The application indicates the accessory structure would have a side yard setback of 5 feet. The minimum side yard setback is 20 feet. A variance of 15 feet is needed to proceed. The hearing will be held at Village Hall, 5205 Chillicothe Road, South Russell.
