News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE The City of Willoughby, Ohio is seeking a contractor to complete design and construction of a streambank stabilization project on the Chagrin River Sealed proposals will be re ceived at the Office of the Director of Parks and Recreation Department, Willoughby City Hall, One Public Square, Willoughby, OH 44094 until 11:30 a.m., local time, on December 16, 2013, and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the: CHAGRIN RIVER BENDWAY WEIR RESTORATION PROJECT Copies of the Request For Proposal may be obtained at the Office of the Director of Parks and Recreation at the heretofore referenced address. All proposals will be reviewed by the Mayor of the City of Willoughby, who will negotiate an agreement, which in his sole judgment, is the proposal most advantageous to the City. The proposal will then be submitted to the Council of the City for its consideration.
