News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE • Case No. 15CF000217 US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION VS. CHRISTEL I. MONAHAN, ET AL. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns of Albert W. Monahan aka Wally Monahan, whose last known addresses were unknown, will take notice that on March 20, 2015, Sandy Pointe Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc. filed its Crossclaim for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Lake County, Ohio, alleging that there is due Sandy Pointe Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc. the sum of $3,230.00 in unpaid condominium maintenance fees and assessments plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees, as owners of the property known as 6505 Bayside Drive, Madison, OH 44057, being Permanent Parcel #01-B-097-B-024-0, and further described as being: Situated in the Township of Madison, County of Lake and State of Ohio: And known as being Unit No. 13, Building #3, and Phase 1C together with an undivided percentage interest in and to all the Common Areas and Facilities Appurtenant to said Units in Schooners Cove Condominiums as established by the original Declaration of Condominium Ownership and as shown by the Drawings recorded as Plat 45-37 of Lake County Records, as have been or may be amended from time to time, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways. Sandy Pointe Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc. prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of Sandy Pointe Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc.’s condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable. The defendants are required to answer within 28 days after last publication which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks. By: Kimberly L.
