News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE The Madison Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 7pm at Madison Township Hall, 2065 Hubbard Road Madison, Ohio. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear procedural corrections to the Madison Township Zoning Resolution; Section 101 adding definitions Donation Boxes, Section 114 adding Donation Boxes and Permitted Uses to Table 114.3, adding Section 141 Zoning Commission, Section 142 adding language for alternates, Section 145 updating Penalties and Violations and the map for M-1 to B-3. Recommendations obtained from these hearings will be forwarded to the Madison Township Board of Trustees for a decision. This is a Public Hearing, open to all constructive comments. Any written comments and/or questions should be addressed to: Mr. Jerry Klco, Zoning Inspector, 2065 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio 44057. Additional business may be discussed following this hearing.
