News-Herald, PUBLIC NOTICE Passage Ordinances/Resolutions Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Willoughby Hills, Ohio duly adopted the following legislation at a Regular Council Meeting held June 25, 2015. ORDINANCE NO. 2015-25 An Ordinance approving the editing and inclusion of certain Ordinances as parts of the various component codes of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Willoughby Hills, Ohio and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 2015-29 An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2015-15 to comply with state budgetary laws requiring municipalities to maintain positive account balances throughout the year by providing for 2015 operating budget revisions specifically for the purchase and equipping of two new vehicles to be utilized by the Police Department and repealing conflicting legislation. ORDINANCE NO. 2015-30 An Ordinance directing the Mayor to sign any and all necessary documents to secure the purchase of police vehicles for budget year 2015 through the State of Ohio Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Contract with said purchase being exempt from competitive bidding pursuant to Section 125.04 (c) of the Ohio Revised Code and declaring an emergency. RESOLUTION NO. 2015-6 – As Amended A Resolution to accept a Safety Grant in the amount of $40,000 from the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation and declaring an emergency.
