You may be next of kin of the ward and considered entitled to act as Guardian herein. If you wish to be considered for appointment you must apply to this Court. If you do not apply it will be considered that you renounce your right to act as Guardian of the ward. The Court may appoint any suitable and competent person to act as Guardian of the ward, giving due weight to relative priority of right to do so.
