News-Herald, PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the City of Willoughby Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in Willoughby Municipal Hall at One Public Sq. Willoughby, Ohio 44094 to hear the following appeal: • The appeal of John Ruple to temporarily operate concrete recycling equipment on-site to provide aggregate materials for future construction on the premises at P.P. #27B-39-30 Pelton Rd. in a Limited Industrial zoned district for NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE of C.O. 1145.03 which does not permit concrete recycling in that zoning district. • The appeal of Fritz Machmer-Wessers, agent for Ben Hur Properties, located at 3911 Ben Hur Ave. in a General Industrial zoned district for NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE of C.O. 1163.05(a)(3) for the following five freestanding signs that do not meet the 7 feet minimum setback from the street right-of-way: MS1 1’6”; MS2 2’9”; MS3 2’7”; MS4 in the R-O-W (not permitted) and MS5 2’9”. Persons affected may appear at said hearing and may speak for or against the proposal either in person or by attorney.
