News-Herald, CITY OF KIRTLAND LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Kirtland will hold public hearings on Monday, June 29, 2015, at Kirtland Municipal Center, 9301 Chillicothe Road, beginning at 7:00 p.m., to be heard in such order as determined by the Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals: APPEAL NO. 15-3 The Board will consider a variance request filed by Julie Rajko Fetchik for a proposed building addition at 9100 Chillicothe Road because it does not conform to the minimum side yard setback requirement in the HTC zoning district, pursuant to Section 1275.07; and it is an expansion of a non-conforming use building, pursuant to Section 1282.03 of the Zoning Ordinances. APPEAL NO. 15-4 The Board will consider a variance request filed by Julie Rajko Fetchik to replace a sign compartment on an existing pole sign at 9100 Chillicothe Road because it does not conform to Section 1286.10(b)(13) of the Zoning Ordinances. APPEAL NO. 15-5 The Board will consider a variance request filed by Giovanni DiLalla, for a proposed addition of a roof over an existing deck at 8022 Gildersleeve Drive because it does not conform to the minimum side yard setback requirement for an R-3A zoning district, pursuant to Section 1268.07(b) of the Zoning Ordinances.
