News-Herald, Legal Notice - Public Notice The Council of the Village of Kirtland Hills passed and/or adopted the following at its meeting on June 15, 2015: RESOLUTION NO. 15-06-09 A Resolution confirming the action of The Board of Zoning Appeals in granting variance relating to construction at permanent parcel 24A-010-0-00-033-0 Sperry Road. RESOLUTION NO. 15-06-10 A Resolution confirming the action of The Board of Zoning Appeals in granting variance relating to construction at 9523 Little Mountain Road. RESOLUTION NO. 15-06-11 A Resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure of funds. RESOLUTION NO. 15-06-12 A Resolution approving and adopting the budget of The Village of Kirtland Hills for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2016, submitting the same to the county auditor, and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 06-15-03 An Ordinance levying eighteen (18) mills per dollar of assessed valuation for the year 2016, and declaring an emergency.
