McClure aka Eddie Eugene McClure, Deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown and whose residences are unknown, will hereby take notice that the 25th day of March, 2015, The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006- 18CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-18CB filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Lake County, Ohio, being Case No. 15CF000500 in said Court against Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Eddie E. McClure aka Eddie Eugene McClure, Deceased, et al. praying for Judgment of $136,874.42 with interest at the rate of 6.875% per annum from May 1, 2011, until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit: PARCEL NO.: 01A016A000020 STREET ADDRESS: 3386 Wood Road, Madison, OH 44057 A COMPLETE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE COUNTY AUDITOR. and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Lake County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiffs Judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
