News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE Berkshire Board of Education will receive sealed BIDS FOR A PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT, including tear off at Burton Elementary School. Bids will be received at the office of the Treasurer at the Board administrative offices located at 14259 Claridon-Troy Road, Burton, Ohio 44021, until 10:00 am on June 29, 2015, where bids will be opened and read aloud. Specifications for bidding are available at the Board of Education Office at the address referenced herein. This notice and bid specifications are also posted on the District’s web site and may be accessed at www.berkshireschools.org. The Berkshire Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and to conduct such investigations as it deems necessary to assist in the evaluation of the bid and to establish the responsibility of a bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty and contract bond meeting the requirements of Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code.
