Griffin, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on April 10, 2015, The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to Sky Bank Successor by Merger to The Second National Bank of Warren, filed its Amended Complaint in Case Number 15F000247, Geauga County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Charles E. Griffin And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Charles E. Griffin, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 13760 OLD STATE ROAD, MIDDLEFIELD, OHIO 44062 PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: 18090985 The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiffs claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and futher relief as is just and equitable.
