News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to Chapter 1115.03(f) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Willoughby, Ohio notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Council on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at 8:15 p.m. in the Municipal Building, One Public Square, Willoughby, Ohio. Said hearing will be held on the following proposed text changes to the Planning and Zoning Code: • Amending Chapters 1103, 1131, 1135, and 1155 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Willoughby, Ohio, titled “Definitions”, One Family Residential Districts”, “Business Districts” and “Conditional Use Regulations”. Amendments to Section 1103.03, Definitions of General Terms, Section 1131.03 Schedule of Permitted Uses in a Residential District, Section 1135.03 Schedule of Permitted Uses in Multi-Family Residential Districts, Section 1155.04 Schedule of Regulations for Conditional Uses in Residential Districts, and Section 1155.07 Supplemental Regulations for Specific Uses deletes the language referring to “Family Home for Handicapped Persons” and adds language referring to “Home for Person Living with a Developmental Disability,” Recommendation of the Planning Commission: Approved By Order of the Council of the City of Willoughby Loretta Radebaugh, Clerk of Council 618507/May 25, 2015
