News-Herald, NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, LAKE COUNTY, OHIO CITIZENS BANK, N.A., ETC. PLAINTIFF VS. EDITH M. SEAMAN, ET AL. DEFENDANTS CASE NO. 15CF000752 To the Defendants Successor Trustee or Trustees of the Seaman Family Revocable Trust under written agreement dated October 7, 1996 whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained: Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 4th day of May, 2015. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate: Situated in the City of Kirtland, Lake County and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot 80, Tract 3 in said Township and is further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Billings Road, said point being located South 8 ° 30’ E. 1.33 feet from the southeasterly corner of land of Katherine S. and Harold W. Soles; Thence N. 88 ° 50’ E 114 feet measured along the centerline of said Billings Road a point and the principal place of beginning; Thence N 2 ° 06’ E parallel to the centerline of Hillcrest Road, as proposed, a distance of 569.54 feet to a point; Thence S 87 ° 53’ S 113.97 feet to a point; Thence S 2 ° 06’ W and parallel to Hillcrest Road, as proposed, a distance of 563.00 feet to the centerline of said Billings Road; Thence along the centerline of said Billings Road, S 88 ° 50’ W, a distance of 114 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways. The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against Edith M. Seaman in the amount of One Hundred Nine Thousand Five Hundred Seven and 76/100 Dollars ($109,507.76) plus interest at the rate of 6.250% per annum from December 1, 2013 and late charges; costs, attorney fees and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 4th day of June 2015. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
