News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING The Painesville Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 6:30 PM at 55 Nye Road, Painesville Township Hall on the following: 15-ZC-07 Little Mountain Homes Inc. Et Alia filed a request which proposes amendment to multiple sections (5, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 32 and 33) by replacing all language stating “measuring from the overhang or closest point of the structure to the property line “with “All set back lines will be measured from the foundation to the property line. Roof overhangs including gutters and cantilevers cannot exceed 24”. “The application submitted is numbered ZCA15-0009 and was submitted by Little Mountain Homes Inc., Barr Bros. Remodeling/Construction Inc., Pro-Built Homes, Inc., B.R. Knez Construction, Inc., Barrington Homes, Inc., and William R. Dawson & Son Construction LLC. A copy of the application documents shall be available for examination commencing April 29, 2015 in the Painesville Township Office, 55 Nye Road, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, on weekdays excepting holidays. Notice of hearing shall be given by one publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Township.
