News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING The Painesville Township Board Of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 6:30 PM at 55 Nye Road, Painesville Township Hall on the following: 15-BZA-04 Bartholomew & Anne Rasic, filed an application to allow a 3 foot rear yard and three foot side yard clearance for construction of a 10x12 foot storage shed in violation of Sections 14.03(F) (@), 14.03(A)(1) and 14.03(G)(3) which require a minimum side yard clearance of 10 feet and a minimum rear yard clearance of 10 feet. A copy of the application documents shall be available for examination commencing May 1, 2015 in the Painesville Township Office, 55 Nye Road, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, on weekdays excepting holidays. Notice of hearing shall be given by one publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Township.
