News-Herald, PUBLIC NOTICE PASSAGE OF ORDINANCES/RESOLUTIONS Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Mentor, Ohio, duly passed and/or adopted the following legislation on the 21st day of April, 2015: ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-31: An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of Mentor with the Mentor Part-Time Firefighters Association, and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-32: An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a wage reopener agreement on behalf of the City of Mentor with the Mentor Part-Time Firefighters Association, and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-33: An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-34: An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Mad Bomber to provide fireworks displays on or about July 4, 2015, and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-35: An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Medtronic Physio-Control for the purchase of two (2) Lifepak 15S cardiac monitor defibrillators under the State of Ohio’s Cooperative Purchasing Program, and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-37: An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Rush Truck Center for the purchase of a 2016 International 7400 truck cab and chassis under the State of Ohio’s Cooperative Purchasing Program, and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-38: An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Concord Road Equipment Manufacturing, Inc. for the purchase of a dump truck body under the State of Ohio’s Cooperative Purchasing Program, and declaring an emergency.
