News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE - PUBLIC HEARING The Painesville Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at 55 Nye Road, Painesville, Ohio 44077, on the following: 15-ZC-01: Proposed Zoning Map Change for property located on Mentor Avenue, Permanent Parcel Nos. 11-A-013-0-00-001-0, 11-A-013-0-00-002-0 and 11-A-013-0-00-003-0 by applicant Eye-Will Development, Inc. requesting all 3 parcels currently zoned B-1/R-1 to FPUD zoning for all parcels. The text of the proposed request shall be available for examination commencing April 24, 2015 at the Painesville Township Offices, 55 Nye Road, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays excepting holidays. Recommendations of the Painesville Township Zoning Commission and the Lake County Planning Commission will be reviewed at the hearing. The final decision to adopt or deny the proposed amendment shall be made by the Painesville Township Trustees within 20 days following the public hearing. If the proposed amendment is approved, the effective date of their decision shall be thirty days thereafter as provided by law.
