News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE The Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Perry Township Administrative Offices, 3740 Center Road, on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to hear the following Appeal: Appeal 05-15: Filed by Darrell D. Jackson, pertaining to property located at 4820 Davis Road, Permanent Parcel number 03-A-072-000-018-0. This property is located in an Estate Residential (ER-1) Zoning District. The applicant requests authorization form the Board of Zoning Appeals in regards to Section 301.03 Areas, Setback and Height Regulations. The applicant is requesting to build a second accessory building (40 X 40) on his property. Perry Township Zoning Regulations allows for maximum aggregate floor areas of all accessory buildings based on applicant’s acreage to be 1,800 square feet. The addition of this 40 X 40 accessory building would put the total square feet of all accessory buildings to 2,176 square feet, 376 square feet over the regulation.
