News-Herald, PUBLIC NOTICE PASSAGE OF ORDINANCES/ RESOLUTIONS Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Mentor, Ohio, duly passed and/or adopted the following legislation on the 7th day of April, 2015: ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-27: An Ordinance amending Part Thirteen, Title Five, Chapter 1349, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mentor, 2006, as amended, the same relating to building code, additional building regulations, nuisances, and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-28: An Ordinance to authorize transfers of funds, advances of funds and revisions to appropriations, and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-29: An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Penn Care, Inc. for the purchase of one (1) 2015 International Braun Ambulance Superchief Rescue Squad, and declaring an emergency. ORDINANCE NO. 15-O-30: An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into lease agreements with Towerco to construct a cell tower at Krueger Park and a cell tower on city owned property along Hendricks Road adjacent to State Route 2, and declaring an emergency.
