Otter by deed dated September 14, 1951, and recorded in Volume 307, Page 43 of Lake County Records; thence North along the Easterly line of Elmwood Road 170.0 feet; thence South 89° 59’ 30” East a distance of 280 feet to the East line of Sublot 2, Block 2, Mentor Acres Subdivision; thence South along the East line of said Sublot 2, Block 2, a distance of 170 feet; thence North 89° 59’ 30” West a distance of 280 feet to the place of beginning containing 1.092 acres of land. The conveyed parcel is also more fully described in a division of said Sublots 1 and 2, Block No. 2, survey made by Fullerton and Kerr, Registered Surveyors in August 1949, in said survey, the within conveyed parcel is designated as Parcel No. 5 of Sublots 1 and 2, Block No. 2, Mentor Acres Subdivision. This parcel fronts 85’ on Elmwood Road, and extends back between lines of equal width a distance of 280.0 feet, contains 0.546 acres of land , be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
