News-Herald, PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE The CITY OF PAINESVILLE, OHIO will receive signed, sealed bids at the Office of the City Manager, Painesville City Hall, 7 Richmond Street, Painesville, Ohio 44077 until 12:00 p.m. (local time), April 15, 2015, for: LAK US 020-15.78 (Erie Street) Resurfacing The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the pavement planing and resurfacing of US Route 20 (Erie Street) from the intersection of Watson St./Wood St./Mentor Ave./Erie St. to the eastern corporation line of the City just west of the Grand River. Additional improvements will include new pavement markings, loop detectors, and the replacement of curb ramps.
