Willoughby, Ohio 4 4094 to hear the following appeal: • The appeal of William Martin for NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE of C.O. 1141.13(e) for four residential buildings with a height of 55.5’ of the allowable 50’ at P.P. #27B-36-48 Vine St. in Downtown Business zone and of C.O. 1141.02(c) for off-site parking at P.P. 27B-36-48 and P.P. #27B-36-46 Elm St. in a Commercial Manufacturing zone which is required to be on the same zoning lot as the four buildings which is the principal use. Persons affected may appear at said hearing and may speak for or against the proposal either in person or by attorney.
