News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE – PUBLIC HEARING Concord Township Board of Zoning Appeals The Concord Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 8, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Concord Town Hall located at 7229 Ravenna Road, for the following request: Appeal #0315-1049: Pressure Technology of Ohio, Inc. is requesting approval to construct an addition to their manufacturing building at 7996 Auburn Road with only seventy percent (70%) or thirty (30) of the required parking spaces in lieu of the required forty-two (42) parking spaces with a suitable area reserved for the remaining twelve (12) parking spaces in case of future need, per Section 29.07 of the Concord Township Zoning Resolution.
