News-Herald, Notice of Public Hearings The North Perry Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 31st day of March, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the North Perry Village Hall, 4449 Lockwood Road, North Perry, Ohio 44081, to consider an application for a zoning permit for commercial construction and conditional use permit for a congregate living facility for parcel 05-A-013-0-00-014-0 located on Lockwood Rd. in North Perry Village in accordance with Section 1103.02 (e) (2) of the North Perry Village Zoning Code. The North Perry Village Council will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of April, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the North Perry Village Hall, 4449 Lockwood Road, North Perry, Ohio 44081, to consider Amendments to the North Perry Village Zoning Code relating to congregate living facilities.
