News-Herald, Notice of Public Hearing A public hearing will be held on the following proposed Ordinance at 8:15 p.m. on March 24, 2015, in the Council Chambers at Richmond Heights City Hall, 26789 Highland Road, at which time the City Council will hear public comments and may consider its adoption into law. The Ordinance in its entirety may be inspected at the office of the Council Clerk during regular working hours. All interested parties may appear and be heard regarding the Ordinance.
