Quantities given are approximate and the Trustees retain the option of ordering larger or lesser quantities at bid prices as needed. For delivery to the Madison Township Garage at 1747 Hubbard Road: • 600 tons each: #1, #8, #57 limestone • 400 tons each: #304, #411 screened limestone • 600 tons: #9, double washed limestone • 4,000 gal. RS-2 Bituminous Material (split delivery 2,000 gal each) For pick-up at suppliers: • 300 tons hot mix #404/402 Bidders are required to provide their own bid forms and to note on the outside of the sealed bid envelope, “Sealed Bid for Road Materials”. “Specifications for Materials” will be available for bidders at the Township Administration Office. Bidders may offer quotes on any or all of the above material, however the Trustees reserve the right to reject any, or all bids, to accept a primary and alternate supplier or suppliers, and to waive any irregularities.
