News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE Juliann Travis and John Doe, unknown spouse if any, of Juliann Travis, whose last place of residence is known as 8228 Deepwood Boulevard #5, Mentor, OH 44060, but whose present place of residence is unknown will notice that on July 24, 2014, Deepwood Condominiums Association, Inc. filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in Case No. 14CF001481 in the Court of Common Pleas of Lake County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Juliann Travis and John Doe, unknown spouse if any, of Juliann Travis,, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: permanent parcel #16A-005D-00-025, 8228 Deepwood Boulevard #5, Mentor, OH 44060. The legal description may be obtained from the Lake County Auditor at 105 Main Street, P.O. Box 490, Painesville, Ohio 44077. (440) 350-2534. Plaintiff, Deepwood Condominiums Association, Inc. further alleges that there is due Plaintiff, Deepwood Condominiums Association, Inc. the sum of $5,118.11 in unpaid condominium maintenance fees and assessments plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees. Plaintiff, Deepwood Condominiums Association, Inc. prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of Plaintiff, Deepwood Condominiums Association, Inc.’s condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff, Deepwood Condominiums Association, Inc.’s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
